Refund Policy

Returns
We have a flexible 14-day "No Questions Asked" Return Policy. You can return any item no questions asked for up to 14 days from your purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, all we require is a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds 
Your refund will be applied back to your original payment method within a few days of the item being returned.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ownpath.com. We are always here to help you!

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ownpath.com for a return label.

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us at support@ownpath.com and we will take you through the seamless process.

*You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item and we can send you a discount code for the shipping costs incurred for the return.

*We cannot give refunds for items not sent back to us.
